I see other companies adding fees to my bill. Does J & M Texas Rentals add random fees?Unlike other companies, J & M Texas Rentals does not show you a low price then add more fees. The prices you see are the prices you get month-after-month. Like everyone, we are required to add sales tax. In fact, the only required fee is a one-time charge of $35 for delivery. What happens if the appliances need maintenance or repairs?We've got you covered! J&M Texas Rentals takes care of maintenance and repairs during your lease. Residents or customers can submit maintenance requests directly to J&M Texas Rentals at no extra cost, ensuring prompt and efficient service.

Is there a delivery and installation fee?Delivery is $35. Standard installation is free. Additional charges may apply for specific requests, such as specialized installations.

We will call or text you after you submit an order to set a delivery date and to collect credit card information for your monthly subscription.
